      The company was very much into their employees. We had great benefits. We were treated with more respect then most corporations.

      Cons

      Very much into higher management. Did not always treated as adults. Favoritism is very prominent in this company from the supervisors.

      Benefits- decent health insurance and dental

      Cons

      Micromanagement department that will burn you out. Too much politics and no bonus for hourly employees or raises. On-site 5 days a week and no work from home policy.
