+ Introduced genius revenue model getting gullible students to subscribe without reading fine print. They lose £40 a month for ages without realising!! + People call it a scam, I call it maxmizing profits - we all have to make a living at the end of the day, scam away I say. + They rightly refuse refunds for pissed of students because let's be honest if you weren't smart enough to read the fine print, you don't deserve your money back. + Archi from customer service has a great way of ignoring these stupid complainers by emailing generic, HR style responses, it's truly a skill he must have spent years perfecting.

+ People think it's a scam company and tell others to avoid it because they've lost money. + The Trustpilot reviews are tanking due to all the silly students thinking they've been scammed - boo hoo + Poor Archi has to lie to everyone that has been "wronged" in their words, it's not good for his soul.
