Pros
BSA Team in Tampa is collaborative, knowledgeable, productive, helpful and normal! The BSA Team in Attica, although underpaid, is awesome!
Cons
Sr Management in Ohio leaves a lot to be desired, especially HR. The head of HR is not an advocate for employees, does not like change and is allergic to technology. The pay is not competitive at all, and most low level employees in Attica are miserable, and feel as though they are being watched 24/7.
