Fun product - small boutique environment I had a terrific Head of Retail (but she no longer works for the company...)
Cons
I left due to some frustrating partnerships with tyrants at the home office that made it challenging to run my business and maintained an inspired team. It does not appear to have improved since my departure. Visit a store and see for yourself. Or, better yet, don't.
