        Pros

-Leadership at Swoon is strong. Executive leadership cares, listens, is empathic and hardworking. - Lots of opportunities to be elevated- internal promos are frequent and there is career progression in place. - Hybrid schedule- ability to work remotely 3 days a week and onsite in Chicago with the team for 2 days/week is a really nice balance. The hybrid flexibility creates a nice work/life balance. - DEI is a big focus here. Everyone has the opportunity to join and find their place.

        Cons

        - Staffing is a tough industry- you need to be resilient. - Commission based role which can be really fantastic on good months, not as good in your bad months. It's up to you though, you get out what you put in- just like in any commission role.

          Pros

          Honestly can’t think of any.

          Cons

This company has changed so much this past year. The president left, and now there has been extensive turnover. Several VPs and Directors have left. Leadership won’t awknowledge the turnover and just tell their employees to “do more” to fix the problem. They Also are requiring remote employees to return to office.
