This is for Pega folks . Synechron has only one client for pega and that’s Bank of America. Contractor from synechron can’t work for more than 18 months and they have a break for 3 months before working again bank . Even though client give assurance that they will take back after 3 months into project . Synechron won’t keep you in bench . They will just fire you irrespective of your performance . I won’t recommend this organisation for Pega folks . They will screw your life big time .
