I have been working at T-Mobile full-time for more than a year
Pros
Great benefits, PTO, pay/commission, and work environment. For being an entry level job, the hourly pay is well above minimum wage, and commission allows me to afford rent in California. I’ve worked at multiple locations and everyone is awesome and they only promote within. It’s almost unheard of to be an outside hire.

"They take care of you"
I have been working at T-Mobile part-time for more than 8 years
Pros
Great benefits for part timers, 401k, stock options, health insurance. Pay is hourly plus commission.
Cons
Sales quotas can be unrealistic, a lot of competition with other T-Mobile/Sprint stores nearby. Micromanaging, to a point that it’s senseless
