Serious issues with corporate culture in specific teams - there is no alignment, lack of opportunities to develop and innovate and no training or team development. Managers in specific teams have no team management skills.

As an evolving organisation comprised of thousands of employees around the world, we understand that communication is key – therefore our Internal Communications team help build the bridge between management and employee and cultivate an inclusive corporate culture. At the same time, training and development programmes for employees of all levels have been improved and we now provide an extensive training catalogue.
All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
