Pros

Very hands off and not micromanaging. If you do your work well they will stand up for you and always have your back. They like to hire from within and give those who've earned it promotions. A smaller company so you have a chance to meet and get to know higher ups. They reward their staff well and incentivize. They take care of their staff well in times of hardship as well. Very family feeling company to work for.

Cons

There can be a lack of communication between departments and decision makers. Things aren't always done the most efficiently because they are so hands off and not high on micromanaging, so some people may struggle with that. You need to be a self starter and have the whereabouts to figure things out on your own. There is no hand holding and a lot of your knowledge is learned through experience not teaching, which again may only be a negative for some types of people.

Pros

Excellent culture, they valued their employees who work hard and want to grow. They hold true to their core values, keeping them center of every decision.

Cons

The pay is slightly lower for some positions, could be more competitive. Overall, pay still worth it considering the support and great culture.
