Pros
This company is an incredible place to work. Management truly cares about their employees and supports their professional development and career growth. The company is very accommodating and understands the importance of work life balance. This creates a symbiotic relationship of trust and loyalty among employees and management. TRACOM provided me my first job out of college, and now having worked for other companies in various industries and with various company sizes and structures, I have developed a whole new appreciation for the ways TRACOM treats and values their employees, and for the family-like dynamic that a small company provides. This company's dedication to innovative thinking and their willingness to try new things (especially in the Marketing and Research and Development departments) is commendable. They're always striving to improve their products and deliver top of the line resources that their customers will benefit from and their employees can feel good about/have pride in. They're always striving to improve the way things are done in the office, and seek regular feedback from employees. I believe they actually utilize that feedback to continuously make their employees as happy as possible, given the normal constraints that any workplace has. The employees are extremely friendly, hardworking, people who create a fun, family-like culture. Overall, this is a fantastic place to work.
Cons
No workplace is perfect and every office has its quirks. This is a very quiet, (sometimes boring) office environment. If you are looking for the company that has ping-pong tables, kegs in the break room, or raging halloween parties -- this is not where you want to be. Just like in any workplace, sometimes there are hiccups, sometimes things go wrong, but ultimately, this company strives to put their employees first.
