Pros
- An incredible team who were an absolute honour to champion! I was always impressed and amazed by the talent at Tag. Some of the brightest in the industry but also humble and incredibly welcoming. - Ownership and autonomy is encouraged and the teams are designed to support this. I would see people join a team and within weeks feel at home and contributing to the product. - Great work/life balance. Tag has flexible working and encourages a healthy balance.
Cons
- Tag was always a bit limited in their potential because of the work for hire nature of the business. I would love to see what the team could achieve without those boundaries.
