I am disappointed to hear that this person had an unpleasant experience at Talix. Sometimes, the fit isn’t right. Nonetheless, we are an early stage start-up led by proven winners who rely on being practical as well as being creative and bold. We also know hard work pays off, and that is part of why we’ve successfully served many of the largest companies in the world. Most importantly, we believe in mutual respect and strive to honor our core values and ethics. We are also proud of the fact that we have a diverse culture and embrace and celebrate many religions and cultures amongst us throughout the year. A person’s color, race and other demographics do not define a company; it is intellect, passion and dedication that makes for a successful team.
