As you know, we provide our patients with award-winning care, and our corporate leaders consistently receive various local and national recognitions. We assume your experience with immediate care led to some of your cons. We provide an EAP program to offer solutions for health issues such as depression and anxiety. We also encourage employees to speak with their managers when feeling overwhelmed. You also mentioned “low pay” without indicating the job you do. We regularly look at comparative jobs in our region in terms of pay scale, and we review all employees annually, with increases based on both employee and department goals and performance.
