      Good environment with work life balance, growth will based on project you get into. Good amount of leaves and medical policy.

      Cons

      Salary hike is low, as a fresher you will get really slower growth

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
