One of the best place for good work life balance.

There will be good work life balance. You can parallelly prepare for other exams as well if you are interested. Senior Management Team is very good and friendly with junior employees
Cons
The annual appraisal/hike is minimal and career progress is bit slow when compared to other companies. Employees are literally forced to visit office compulsorily. As far as it was work from home, junior employees were able to make good savings but due to visit to office they have to pay monthly rent of 6.5k to 8k

Pros
Free bootcamps, initial training. You get to work remotely, flexible hours.
Cons
No one knows each other, it's hard to get into contact with someone. They do not pay you back for certifications; I had to ask 500 times and they ever answered or followed up after some time. You end up doing the bottom of the barrel work for a client. Not a great career to grow long term. Ultimatix is probably the most buggy and sketchy website known to man. All of their mobile apps are terrible. I can go on. I am very happy to be free from them finally, but I should have done it sooner.
