No pros. Literally the worst company I ever worked for.

Everything. Managers suck, 100 middle managers just pushing around emails that I already got. Ask them to attend a meeting, they say they will then don't and just say "sorry". You'll attend 30 meetings on the same topic and repeat yourself to at least 20 different people. I was constantly left to work shifts alone and then reprimanded when I took a lunch and a help desk ticket sat for 30 minutes. I was told to close unresolved tickets just so their metrics would look good. Their SENIOR ssis developers don't even know they can open a package in xml view to see details. And they couldn't identify a disabled task in a package. I've been trying for over a week to get details on how to return my equipment and they can't even sort that. Any company that hires TCS to handle anything is really stupid and is just asking their top talent to quit out of frustration. They might save a dollar right away but they'll destroy the company in the long run.
