Pros

I worked for tatasky process... night shift is better because call flow is less as it is domestic process company will not terminate a employee even if he/she does not certify or qualify the training multiple times Only training is the enjoyment period

Cons

It is a pressure cooker ..call flow is dam high.only one day week off rotational.there will be no clarity on week off and shift timings .until we ask they will not inform about week off and shift time.No cab facility in day time....there will be no english only hindi..Cheap behaivour of team leaders , managers.Salary is very less campring to work only 8000. first month 5500.Sometimes there will be no breaks continuous calls
