Pros

Pros of working there is the great working location and the view is beautiful.

Cons

It's a hot desking situation and furthermore, there is no locker for you (only for the boss), there is no microwave at the office. Terrible management. Recruitment consultants need CEI but in this company, they won't press on it. Boss will tell you to be hungry and put pressure on closure (no matter how many candidates you send in to clients, he doesn't care). Speaks badly of clients and candidates, if things don't go well, he will call them names and makes fun of their looks. Company is very very small and turnover rate is high. The boss does not like locals, he only hire them to get funds from training programmes that govt offers. He likes expats because he is able to bully them. He will threaten to cut their salary in half if they don't perform.

Pros

The ONLY upside of this company was the wfh arrangement, especially for employees based outside SG

Cons

The incentives schemes lacked consistency, there was a shortage of essential tools, no JS, no Indeed, No LI Recruit, etc, none at all. The boss is insensitive, unappreciative. Opinions and suggestions for improvement were consistently disregarded

Pros

Boss welcomes and consider new ideas proposed & does not micromanage Great colleagues Office near the MRT Mon & Fri work from home No OT & weekends work Chances given for underperforming staffs As long as you are showing that you are putting in efforts, boss will be okay to you

Cons

Some might perceive boss expecting for results at a certain point as pushy/pressurizing but the industry is such and they know what they signed up for when they decided to join the firm I feel. Some might dislike/disagree what the boss says at times but its not like all bosses are perfect in every company, you should be fine as long as you know what to filter out and ignore for it not to affect you as long as the boss doesn't force you to do something that is not of your job scope
