Pros
Was offered a position to work from home for nearly double what I was making at my previous job. They are contract based, so employment might only be for the duration of the contract they have with the client. Despite a work from home environment, communication with staff was always easy and available. Apart from submitting time sheets each week and a weekly project summary report, you were left to focus on your contracted work with the client. All of the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the CEO is one of the most engaged people I have ever had the pleasure of working under, taking time to review and respond to the summary reports each week. I've never felt so welcomed and appreciated.
Cons
Only downsides I've encountered are the normal things you might encounter from a work from home position; printers and technology not quite being on the same page, and you'll want to make sure your internet is stable.
