Small company, sometimes have to stay overtime when working with high priority issues, will get kind of stressful when it is near the end of fiscal year end.

Sounds like the place I want to work. All jobs get a little stressful towards the end of the fiscal or calendar year - or during the holidays.

You get your foot in the door to government contracting.

Management is quick to throw you under the bus or give you their work and claim ownership.
