Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry you didn’t have a great experience during your short time here. Our company grows fast which comes with its challenges, but we are continuously improving our employment value proposition and we will take your feedback on board. Our timesheets have always been daily with the option to add different project allocations hourly if you needed to. We acknowledge that the level of the English language may slightly vary outside of the UK. However, all our team members are true experts in their fields and great teammates with actual above-average English skills as a second language. We wish you the best in your career.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working here. The company offers great exposure to real, challenging projects and a professional working environment. The team culture is supportive, and there are strong opportunities for learning and career growth. Management is generally supportive, and there is a clear focus on quality and continuous improvement. It’s a great place to build strong experience and work with talented people.

Cons

Sometimes the workload can be high, depending on the project.

Pros

I learn every day from my leads and from the user stories I work on. TechLabs is a very good place to work and learn from.

Cons

I really can't think of real cons but I can say there is no mentorship program for employees, you have to seek knowledge by yourself. But that is understandable.
