I think the opportunity at Techsolvo are the most positive point. At every level one gets to improve his skill along with pay. Employees are always valued for their time , work and efforts they put into the company. Environment is something which effect the work and here it always encourages all to work with happy mind which lead employees to be more efficient and relaxed at the same time.

Growth does have some cons too, as it might need some extra efforts. Always a new opportunity brings new challenges too so accommodating ourselves in it take time. Being responsible is something you always need to be
