Pros
I have been working for the Calico group since the start of the year and I can honestly say it is one of the best places i have ever worked. The groups values are ingrained in everything that they do and employees from all areas of the business genuinely come to work to make a real difference to peoples lives. The passion and commitment of the employees at Calico is second to none and the company goes above and beyond to maintain an engaged and happy workforce where work life balance is of upmost importance. I feel like a valued member of my team and love that I work for a company with such a diverse offering.
Cons
I feel that Calico now need to focus on devising a more strategic business approach so that the company can continue to make a real difference to peoples lives for many more years to come
