      Retail schedule its almost always random Does not pay holidays or holiday pay. Black out schedule during the holidays

      Great uncapped commission percentages. Lots of traffic prompting many sales opportunities. Friendly work environment.

      Cons

      Commission based on accessories can be a bit frustrating due to lack of inventory. Long shifts. Can be difficult getting in lunch breaks on weekend shifts.
