      Pros

      Advisory, Benchmarking, SAP team along with administrative staff are good.. Oracle practice is fake at this point of time..

      Cons

      If you are a consultant or a temporary employee then work for Oracle practice in Hackett-India or do not spoil your career by joining Hackett.. Hackett cannot have new projects in Oracle..

      Great team to work with.

      There is really no advancing in pay grade. Barely got a raise anytime.

      Pros

      There is quite a bit of loyalty amongst the more tenured, older employees. Quite a few people over 50. Lots of "support" in the terms of meetings, but not a lot of direction.

      Cons

      There definitely seems to be a lot of former Gartner employees along with their former colleagues. Pay and benefits are not great.
