Best reason to work here is if your local or like the bull which they give you. Can't really see many pros for this company at the moment which is a shame because has so much potential.
Cons
Everyday at the mtc is a con. What I want to know is how would these senior managers like it if they were treated like most staff. I'm sure they wouldn't like it.
