Strong learning based culture(keeps your intellectual humility intact) Almost flat hierarchy Flexibility and freedom to work Good amount of responsibility and ownership WFH benefits and support during the pandemic
Cons
Responsibility to find your career path(Mentors will help but onus on you) Growing and remote work has led to few changes in work culture. Being cautious as everyone is figuring out Strong focus on colloboration. Purely individualistic contributors might find it bit challenging

Treated like a human being!

The only place I've worked where I'm treated well and with respect. My concerns/feedback are always taken into account. Thoughtworks places a high priority on mental health and supporting people through tough times instead of hanging them dry. I highly recommend working here if you want peace of mind.
Cons
I honestly can't think of any....maybe the company can work on improving sales? Thoughtworks doesn't place a high priority on "profiting" as much as it focuses on "maintaining a sustainable business". While I find this HIGHLY admirable, it does place the company in tough spots during recessions. However they've only ever done layoffs in SUPER rare cases (maybe 3 times total in its existance) and still take care of those folks after the fact.

Pros
For the most part, working here is good. Even though the company has grown a lot over the last few years the people are still really smart, collaborative and generally not a##holes. Leadership tries to be very transparent which is appreciated. Lots of opportunities to work on different projects, try new things, etc.
Cons
- Everyone has an opinion which can get annoying at times. This is particularly frustrating during town halls when everyone is constantly commenting and/or complaining. Feedback is important but should be balanced so not everything becomes death by committee. - The culture is changing and it causes friction between the old guard and the newer employees who don't know the old culture and/or don't really care to preserve whatever it was 20 years ago. - TWers think the company is incredibly unique/different/quirky, but IMO it's another corporate tech firm with the exception of the inclusive environment - Promotions are confusing and hard to get. I know many folks who have left for this reason which is unfortunate
