Awesome Opportunity - Account Manager Thrive Management Group Employee Review

I started out in this company about 7 months ago. Going in I applied for an entry level position, what appealed to me about the company the most was the energy that everyone has. Everyone always has a super positive and optimistic mindset and always strives to help others succeed. When I first started here I wasn't very confident in my abilities because I didn't have much experience behind me in this field. But I soon became one of the most dedicated and efficient employees within just a few weeks because of the confidence my co workers and managers gave me. They made me feel important by always being excited to work with me and to see me grow and get better. This is the first job I have ever had where I wake up excited and looking forward to my work day. After being with the company for about 6 months I was promoted to a Leadership position and was given the opportunity to run an entire campaign, I really feel like I have gained so much knowledge and experience from this opportunity and am very grateful for those that I work with and my managers and cant wait to keep growing with the company!

It is a very face paced work environment and can be time consuming at the beginning if you don't have a lot of experience, but the extensive training and support they give to back you up makes you confident. This company is for people who are passionate about what they do and can handle a lot of responsibility, if you tend to feel overwhelmed easily the position may not be for you.

Thrive gave me a great structure to build entrepreneurial skills around. It also gave me the understanding I needed to help develop my business. The environment is very goal oriented which I really enjoy. My co-workers at Thrive Management provide continuous mentorship in order to ensure my success. The focus in the office is not based around a long term sales representative position, but to develop the skills necessary to run your own business; which is ultimately my goal.

When first starting at Thrive Management I believed that the development of skills to run a business would take a long time but the personalized training makes this sort fast track progress possible. This job does require a lot of time to be put in but the hours are necessary to hone the required skills to run a business in the time eluded.
