    Don't be so biased, a strong team = better results and therefore more money in your pockets (yes we know you get bonuses if we sell more)

    Everything in this company is a farce.

    Advice to Management

    Pay more to their employees, for God sakes, we are working with diamonds and with "luxury jewerly" there's no way a setter make a decent amount in this company, well, if you suck to the micromanagement you will but that's about it. Once a year they evaluate you, and will give you pennies, it should be a embarrassment for them. Shame, shame, shame. Even polishers will make more than a setter. They constantly change setting...
