Pros

Convenient to 2 mrt stations.

Cons

Inconsistent treatment based on hierarchy. Do not have freedom to do things as no flexibility in anything. Not prepared for proper onboarding of staff Inconsistent protocols and the written protocols are not being demonstrated well. Bad guidance for staff regarding various situations. Poor communication and no teamwork between team members due to the environment cultivated there by senior staff. Staff are constantly being managed by CCTV.

Pros

Colleagues are friendly. Works reward base on contribution performance and measure by KPIs. Have proper SOP to follow and hardly will goes wrong. Team members and manager are supportive and helpful.

Cons

Staff welfare can be improve and have more frequent cross departmet staff bonding session to be arranged.

Good office location, friendly colleagues

Cons

Salary lower than market rate. You will be sign as 5.5 workday (actual workday 5days), so no replacement off if PH falls on Sat. If you going to apply PR, BEWARE!! they will bond you if u work less than 3years for just requesting Employment Letter. Incentive and some of the bonus will not be given if you work less than 2years. Advise to get employee handbook beforehand.
