Pros

Its fun and rewarding to work with customers that are living a similar Life out Here as me

Cons

Chaos, drama, negative energy, laziness, bullying, discrimination, segregation, lies, manipulations, and did I mention drama. The lazy get rewarded while the true workers get whipped and shunned. One person can lift 350 bags if feed in one shift while another lifts 10 bags and refuses to help out. The 80/20 rule is very much in effect here. Cancel culture at play daily along with routine bullying. Its like I died and woke up in High School all over again. The lazy people also continue to taunt and bully the workers and get in their way while trying to unload 10's of thousands of lbs of feed. Then the lazy people sit around and try to find things to get the workers in trouble for. Its amazing how many dozen payroll hours a week are paid out to people doing absolutely nothing for a majority of their shift while some of us sweat for 5 - 6 hours straight and limp to our cars when its done. I rarely get to work on the Sales Floor since most people do not have to lift feed. Every time I try to get to the floor, I find more empty shelves with no feed on them that I know is in overstock in the back room, so I head back there and get it...this repeats until my shift is over...I literally walked into dozens of empty shelves every time I came in...hundreds of thousands in missed sales yearly due to empty shelves...yet somehow this is not an issue for anyone...???

Pros

Fellow coworkers were nice. Most everyone was very respectful, and worked together

Cons

Corporate has unrealistic expectations of perfection. Management plays favorites. White Glove District Manager tears through people of one pencil is out of sequence. You will experience mistreatment if the Manager decides he doesn’t like you, or if he’s just in a bad mood. He’ll take it out on you
