      - great culture - positive work environment - good work/life balance - interesting projects - good, open office space - modern office layout

      Cons

      - location in Malvern not ideal (however planning to move to CBD which is better) - clear career progression plans coming soon (but not here yet)

      The people I worked with were generally really nice

      Cons

      The founders sold out the company to the highest bidder. Now it's been dismantled and people's careers ruined.

      Pros

      As a British backpacker with previous 2 years of experience as a DevOps, they took a chance on me and it worked out. The pay was great, I learnt so so much in just 6 months. The team I was in was so optimistic and had a real team spirit. Even bought me a fly net hat and some other funny items as they knew I was about to go off to the farms for 3 months for a visa extension 😄

      Cons

      Was a bit stressful at first as I lacked confidence, but was very sort lived by all the support I was given.
