Employees, office decor and roof access

Cons

The owner removed all management positions, so there’s zero growth. The title you apply for is then changed when your hired. The husband and wife that own the company are constantly arguing. The owner, Julia, creates a hostile environment, especially when she doesn’t like something. She can barely explain what she wants which then leaves a lot of room for trial and error and yelling. She likes to talk to her employees in a demeaning way and expects people to work for free. There is zero flexibility, this is a 9-6. And you take lunch at 12 to 1. So many employees have left the company, including those that started with the company.

Pros

The team members and leaders are patient and willing to help with each other, have positive interactions and good teamwork, motivated to improve processes. We contribute our ideas and communicate openly. We learn new and interesting skills, not only in our field but also into new areas. We take our time to make a change, to make improvements to ourselves and our processes. That means we get push ourselves to become better and enhance our personal strengths and skills, too.

Cons

With the goal of innovation, we sometimes experience trials and mistakes. We will meet something which will affect our success. But sometimes we ignore them. If we want to know how to avoid them, we must learn to anticipate the problems and take precautions to prevent errors, not just respond to them when they happen.
