Pros

Exposure to diverse tasks across functions Chance given to candidates from different fields.

Cons

Highly toxic work culture driven by ego-centric management Absence of clear processes, systems, or project planning Constant blaming due to poor coordination and lack of direction No defined roles or boundaries — employees expected to handle everything Frequent last-minute demands with unrealistic timelines Poor work-life balance; personal time often not respected Escalations for 1 minute late. Strong favoritism — opportunities, recognition, and decisions often appear biased toward a select group

Pros

I’ve been with Tripjack for over two years and have had the opportunity to work closely with both the old and the new management. The level of learning, exposure, and career growth I’ve experienced under Arun Dudee’s leadership is truly unmatched. As a Product Manager, the mentoring and structured grooming I’ve received have accelerated my professional growth far more than I expected. Some of the negative reviews circulating are far from reality. Since Arun joined, the product team has expanded significantly, bringing in highly experienced professionals from across the industry. Yet, every individual—new or old—is entrusted with ownership of major projects, something that was not the case earlier. The culture now encourages autonomy, accountability, and continuous learning. One of the biggest strengths Arun brings is his accessibility. He is approachable 24/7—whether it’s an intern or a senior manager, anyone can walk into his cabin or even reach out late at night when needed. He consistently supports the team, helps create efficient processes, and openly shares his vast experience to ensure everyone grows in their role. He’s also a true team player who emphasizes culture. Quarterly celebrations, offsites, and team-building initiatives have become a norm, making the work environment much more collaborative and enjoyable. My honest suggestion: ignore the negative comments. Spend just 30 minutes talking to him and you’ll understand his leadership style and the value he brings. The progress our team has achieved in the last one year under Arun’s guidance is something that would have taken at least three years with the previous management.

Cons

Management should consider increasing monthly WFH limit from 2 to 4.
