Started working here part-time as a student in the Zagreb office, then got offered a full-time contract. They covered my relocation costs to Dusseldorf and provided a temporary apartment, making the move stress-free. Initially my tasks were making small apps, and with time and guidance from my mentor, I progressed to more and more complex ones and then worked on interesting projects that have an impact in the real world. - Be very careful about the contract you are signing. They try to trap people in 3-4 year contracts via some German courses agreement. - The boss micro-manages all employees regardless of seniority. - Absolutely no home office in the first year. Maybe just in very very rare exceptions. - They play the "family" card until someone tries to leave, then they are "disowned" and all hell breaks loose. - When I left they didn't pay me the some leftover vacation days and overtime. - No in-house products, you are just rented to other companies as a contractor.
