Pros

They help a lot for your visa if you come from abroad

Cons

They did not pay my last three salary fully. Let me tell the story. They provide a German course but you have to pay back if you leave before 3 years. I worked enough time, but they still asked for the reimbursement for the cost of German course. They made a deduction on my last three salary. Afterwards, I sued the company and got my money back. However, it was the worst work experience in my life. They do not value people. They only think about money. They actually try earn money from their employees. Their mentality is really bad. Strongly unrecommended. Other cons: - Low salary - Micromanagement - Unprofessional work environment - Bonuses (yes, it is a con because your base salary is actually very low and you should compensate it with bonuses. You are working as an external developer to 3rd party clients. You will have no bonus if you have no client which sometimes happens.)

Pros

Started working here part-time as a student in the Zagreb office, then got offered a full-time contract. They covered my relocation costs to Dusseldorf and provided a temporary apartment, making the move stress-free. Initially my tasks were making small apps, and with time and guidance from my mentor, I progressed to more and more complex ones and then worked on interesting projects that have an impact in the real world. Overall, it’s a supportive place that helps you grow both professionally and personally. other good things: -flexible working hours -multicultural environment -german lessons -many learning opportunities to stay up-to-date

Cons

can not think of any

Pros

- Friendly team of devs - Some social activities and perks

Cons

- Be very careful about the contract you are signing. They try to trap people in 3-4 year contracts via some German courses agreement. - The boss micro-manages all employees regardless of seniority. - Absolutely no home office in the first year. Maybe just in very very rare exceptions. - They play the "family" card until someone tries to leave, then they are "disowned" and all hell breaks loose. - When I left they didn't pay me the some leftover vacation days and overtime. - No in-house products, you are just rented to other companies as a contractor.
