The most hostile work environment ive ever been in. You will be threatened and degraded daily. And they completely lie about what they are paying you. I sold a job on 5/13 for almost $10,000 over base!! So if you believe what they tell you, i would have received about $5000 extra for the job + commission. I received the $450 "advance commission" shortly after the sale. Now, about 3 months later, i just got my full extra commission. It was $900. So they kept the $9000 extra i earned. And after my short tenure with the company, selling 9 jobs and being #1 coming out of training. I've only been paid for 1 job, less than 10%. Also, there is NO WAY to tell how much you are being paid until you are paid. DO NOT believe what they tell you about "life changing money you will make". Unless you are one of the Proud Boy Management, you will not. You will be abused, threatened and denigrated. And there is no explanation to why or what you are getting paid. You are just supposed to trust the Proud Boys, I have documentation to back up everything i'm saying
