- Fully remote. - Majority of the mid-level employees are hard working, intelligent, supportive of each other and passionate about their work.
Cons
- Extremely poor executive leadership - Monologues and outbursts are their specialties, which surprises no one in the company. - Micromanaging is a growing trend. - Uses terms like “mentally unstable” to describe their employees with current and potential hires. - Very little cross-departmental communication. - Lack of documentation, standardization and project management. -Company doesn’t prioritize mending communities among its employees.
