Long hours at time and big work loads

Good office hours, everyone must obey to take lunch at noon and get back to their desk by 1pm.

Lies on promises of giving you wage increase and growth after 3 months of probation. Even staying for more than a year, managers will keep playing around bushes or making non sense excuses not giving to you or keep asking you to stay working with them without your full benefits. They get to save a lot of money for just paying you hourly wages. Lack of paying OT wages and benefits. Play favoritism on another department and staffs. Double standard and rules. Limited career growth if any department management and HR dislike you due to their own internal politics and dramas. If you referred by upper management or internal employee, you will not need to pass probation period for their benefits, you will automatically be their official Tyan employee. If you aren’t referred by internal employee, you will only be their temporary full time contractor without any chance of getting full benefits no matter how long you work for them. They will keep making excuses or force to quit on your own so they can hire other contractor to repeat this budget cut game (Not paying any PTO and medical benefits).
