          Pros

Most team members are kind and willing to help. There are many training modules you can use to learn about your job. Year-End-Reviews are designed so that you are aware of what you still need to learn and don't come with criticism shock. Flexible Work schedule

          Cons

There is a large learning curve to be able to start being productive and functioning member of the team. You have to really defend concisely and clearly why you are speaking with someone when you schedule some time on their calendars- can be a bit of a detriment to new team members. Hard to know if you're doing the right thing, though reviews are based on how you are performing based on a core value rubric. Flexible schedule can mean hard to establish working routines. Health Insurance benefits are quite expensive- even for HSA. I used to have to pay nothing at my last job for benefits and now I pay $188 per pay period.
