Travel, serve a minimum 3-5 years

    Advice to Management

Need to retain quality personnel, too much red tape in administration.

I have been working at US Army ROTC full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Service, leadership opportunities ahead of your civilian counterparts, community, great benefits, lots of civilian education opportunities if you seek them out, equal opportunity employer.

    Cons

Salary Pay (never off the clock); who you know can be as important as what you know (as is the civilian sector).

    Advice to Management

Evolve beyond your position of having legit, formal power by positively influencing subordinates to want to work for you beyond just your position of power.
