Great people, great technology and great customers. At the grass root their is a genuine desire to do the right thing for customers and to make the company a success
Cons
Lack of strategic direction, customer focus, employee empowerment and reward. Lack of career development opportunities. Pay and benefits for all but the top executive have fallen behind those of much smaller competitors. Too many senior new starters on large reward packages lack industry knowledge, technical understanding and market experience and need to be carried by rest of the organization
