      Pros

      Team i worked for were great. If they found a better job they would definitely leave. Everyone talks about how bad they are treated but won't speak up in fear of losing their job!

      Cons

      No leadership or clear direction You don't do the job you hired for instead get pulled into work where the management want you to work. Management have no respect for their staff and how they treat them. Avoid working here at all cost.

      Pros

      As a whole, Uniserve is a great company to work for. Coming straight from University, the company has supported me along my learning curve to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills needed to be able to assist and lead projects. They have pushed me to my limits, unlocking skills that I myself thought I could never do. There isn't a moment in my day where I have nothing to do. There is always something for me to contribute to and always something new to learn from my Team.

      Cons

      The only small downside I would say is that on rare occasions the office does get too loud. Good thing is, it's not everyday.
