The compensation was good. Colleagues were generally committed to the people we're serving.
Cons
Prolonged restructuring, accompanied by significant staffing gaps, has left us overworked. Primarily white leadership, which does not reflect the demographics of its clients. So hierarchical in decision-making. Punitive culture. Work-life balance is not adequately modelled by leadership.
