Pros
My top three Pros:
1. Colleagues are all genuinely very nice and willing to help
2. Onboarding process is very organized
3. WFH and wellness allowances
I believe that when you're going through the interview process, not only is the company interviewing you, but you're also interviewing the company. From day one, the senior recruiter, Sarah Rideout, was amazing. My first touch point and I was sold! She notified me every step of the way, who I wold be meeting with next, what type of interview it would be, the duration of the interview -- all so that I could come prepared. I've never had an HR team be so welcoming and transparent! Really appreciated the process.
Going through the onboarding process, it's the best one I've experienced to date. Keeping in mind, I joined the company during the pandemic and everything is done remotely. There's ample amount of ways you can self-educate, and everything is at your own place. If you are self-sufficient and a curious person, you will love the onboarding process.
Last but not least, my team mates have been nothing but generous and kind. Everyone I've met to date is living and breathing Unity's values. It's refreshing to meet like-minded individuals that are all working towards common goals.
Cons
I haven't ran into any yet, but I'm still fairly new so this could change!
