- Massive opportunity to go grab if you are a go-getter - Extremely successful professionals choose to work here and you get to work with them on a daily basis - Management and Education are top-notch here, people will want to hire you away from Varonis because of the skillset you develop here - Great teammates and atmosphere tends to be all about helping each other succeed - Lots of exposure to different facets of the business for those that are entrepreneurial-minded
Cons
- Super heavy on the analytics(overboard) - Not really a uniquely Varonis con, but being a public company we are captive to the quarterly Wall Street earnings cycles, which can shift focus from longer-term strategic partnerships, deals, etc. to shorter term earnings
