Pros

I have none at all about this company.

Cons

PAY IS TERRIBLE. Management is terrible. The supervisor is constantly cursing around the office. She fired people and hired her daughter. There is NO DRESS CODE. People can wear flip flops and whatever they want. Employees come in and leave whenever they want to. The supervisor is very condescending and speaks terribly about the clients. The training sucks because they’re really isn’t any. Supervisor is too close to some people in there office and discusses with them inappropriate information. THESE ARE FACTS. AVOID THIS PLACE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WORK HERE.

Pros

- nice recruiter - nice staff - wants to find a good place for you - true on their contract terms and length - keeps their word and everything came true I worked for this agency for 3 months on contract/ hourly basis for their client. I got paid on time always, logged in my hours, and sent them in every week. No issues with pay or conflicts on my side, if you do the work and your end user likes you then you are offered a full time position and leave the contract agency. Its a good way to get your foot in the door.

Cons

- too many levels of interviews - pay is too little - no vacation or sick - no holiday pay Even tho you are a contractor and your contract agency pays you and employs you, you are expected to do everything your site client asks, and asked be on their schedule and time. So that includes working holidays, working over time. Make sure to do the job and always be happy cuz with contract you can be fired at any time.
