The company is run very well, from financial and people management to product roadmaps and the leaders in this company are smart, driven and empathetic, making it a great place to work. The culture encourages individual growth and team collaboration simultaneously so that everyone feels valued while working towards common goals. The company is on a great trajectory, and it's great to see good people and product winning.
Cons
The remote work culture is overwhelmingly a positive, but it would be nice to have more structured cross-functional collaboration and socialization. The benefits could also use some improvement, but I know this is something they are working on as the company scales.
