      Pros

      Great product category Passionate staff The brand still has a good reputation, mainly for Chinese and Russians

      Cons

      Very poor leadership by top management. Not capable and not experienced enough. The great company culture is only on tebpaper and staff got promoted only by internal connections and not on merits Entire offices shut down to reduce costs, very short term view

      Pros

      Decent pay -- most companies in this industry offer a low base salary and high commissions. Vertu offers a higher than normal base salary and a little lower commission.

      Cons

      - Terrible leadership - Poor company structure - You never know if the company will be out of business the next day.

      Exclusive product and market, minimal supervision, ability to shine.

      Cons

      No management support or direction, cannot 'walk the walk'. Unreasonable management decisions, lack of appreciation of workers.
