VMSI is an outstanding company that I am truly proud to work for, and to be associated with in my professional career. I have 20 years of Contracting Experience and close to 30 years of working with the Federal Government (retired Air Force Senior Master Sergeant). VMSI is an organization that truly honors those technical/managerial skills and uses those abilities to enhance and better any company they are working for to be a force enabler. I take a lot of pride in working with VMSI and highly recommend them to anyone who wants stellar contracting support.

I have no "Cons" for VMSI.

I have worked as a contractor for VMSI for a year and a half and it has been a fantastic experience. I received fair raises on a yearly basis, the management is supportive, encouraging and understands the importance of listening to their employees. I feel seen and heard working here , I feel encouraged, and I feel motivated to do my best.

Give me a couple more years and I’ll see if I find any.
