Team members on shop floor are great to work with Commission can be good

Poor organisation and ineffective leadership, especially during stock shortages where management offered little support or solutions. Styling standards were also not inclusive, restricting self expression for people of colour and promoting a predominantly whitewashed aesthetic.

Management acts like this is chanel, uniform is very strict, no room for anu personal flare
